The information here is outdated since the update that introduced seasons into the game. Fields are now harvested only once per year. They are sown in spring and harvested in autumn. These numbers need to be checked again.

All Fields take ~53 Days to grow. These stats are from 1960 with the T-28 Sowing and Matador Harvesting.
