Gameplay

The player needs to take care of the health of the workers living in the players republic. By placing a Hospital or Small clinic near places where workers live. Workers should be able to walk or travel to a hospital to visit a doctor. Hospitals and Small clinics are required in health-related emergencies and for regular visit by citizens.

The player must take care of the type of workers who work in a Hospital or Small clinic. There are two types of workers needed:

• Basic education, reached after finishing school
• University education, reached after finishing university

Influences
