Concrete is a construction resources usable for construction in Workers & Resources: Soviet Republic.

Background

A concrete plant, also known as a batching plant or a concrete batching plant, is a facility where concrete is produced in large quantities. It combines various ingredients such as aggregates (like sand, gravel, or crushed stone), water, cement, and sometimes admixtures to form concrete.

Gameplay

The player provides gravel and cement to the concrete plant via delivery by road or by storing gravel in an aggragate storage and/or storing cement in a Cement silo. The concrete plant turns gravel and cement into concrete. Concrete can't be stored and need to be transported by a concrete mixer.

Depending on the Game settings the player needs to take care of provisioning water and taking care of wastewater and/or maintenance.

Concrete is used for construction.

Concrete is produced from gravel and cement at a rate of 135t gravel and 30t cement for 175t concrete, which is the maximum daily production per concrete plant.

Storage

Concrete can not be stored. There is a small buffer available of 0.50 ton concrete in the concrete plant.

Transportation

Concrete must be transported by using concrete mixers.
