The Helicopter Construction office functions similarly to the Construction Office, except by transporting construction resources and workers through the air by Helicopters. To accomplish this the construction buildings and/or accompanying storages need to be extended with Heliports. Cargo helicopters can load specific construction resources from the heliport connected to a storage or building. When there is nothing to construct the helicopters return to the Helicopter Construction office.

The number of helicopters at a Helicopter Construction office is 2 but can be extended by placing additional heliports in range of the Helicopter Construction office. The player needs to place the heliport by moving the Heliport to the Helicopter Construction office until it's surrounding area lights up green. At this moment the heliport is in range and the player can place the heliport.

For transporting workers to the construction site the player needs to buy helicopters for passenger transport and place Passenger Helicopter platforms. The workers report directly to the Passenger Helicopter platform and will be picked up by a helicopter and transported to the construction sites.
