Patch 0.8.8
Version 0.8.8.15, known as the Tram & Metro update, is an version released with Update #11[3] with multiple patches for Workers & Resources: Soviet Republic. It was released on november 30th, 2022[4].
Main additions
- Build underground stations and tracks with the new Metro infrastructure system.
- Trams infrastructure with new tram stops and connection systems.
- Super realistic mode
- Water erosion for terrain editor (for faster smoothing of terrain)
- Realistic republic borders are now implemented.
- New Slovakia map with realistic borders

- utra high shadows settings.. ultra low shadows setting
- longer city names

- Fixed problem - in trolleybus and tram depot were possible to purchase vehicles even there was not proper connection to custom house in realistic mode

- Emergency vehicles can now use panels road only for trams
- Economy and prices get calculated instantly when player purchase too big amount of the resources, to avoid easy profit on the purchase and later selling the resources
- Corrected default maps custom houses to be not behind the borders
- In case vehicles of road DO is teleported home due to it cannot find road, cargo is now not lost
- Fixed problem of transportation brand new locomotives to rail DO or when you sent multiple connected locomotives from depot to rail DO they were added to DO as wagons
- Fixed slow downs in landscape editor mode

Patch 0.8.8.10 is a patch released on october 6th, 2022.
- Fixed problem when turning blueprint pedestrian tunnels on bridges to construction
- Fixed problem with CO discovering pedestrian infrastructure
- Workers without education are now listed as students for the bus stops/train stations and vehicle workers list
- Fixed problem with when changing workplace for train belongs to rail DO when outside DO
- Fixed some occasional situations to avoid collision and struck when vehicles leaving constructions
- Fixed problem that sometime CO vehicles when going to refuel cannot find route back from construction when there are tram panels roads
- Fixed problem that on some maps on the custom houses for ships or airplanes could be purchased western vehicles on the east border and vice versa
- Fixed problem with train flipping, sometime when flips close to the signals, it turned signals into red
- Now are the signals not allowed to be placed in the tunnels
- Underground part of the metro stations can be now also bellow the existing buildings
- Fixed problem with conveyor engines 3 to 1 about displaying what is the engine transporting
- Closed hospitals or police stations should not get cases now
- Fixed problem with last unit of the multi units tram after load
- Fixed problem when in the line schedule end/waiting station could be occasionally turned into regular station
- Road vehicles will not enter into building such as customs, when there are inside vehicles waiting to leave building
- Fixed crashes related to snow plows
- Fixed problem that sometime factory connections are not reachable
- Added warning to DO when some buildings are not reachable for some vehicles due to prohibition signs
