The Oil Refinery is an industrial building which produces Fuel and Bitumen from Oil produced in a Pumpjack. Fuel can be used in a Gas Station or a Train Diesel Station, or it can be exported, and Bitumen can be used in an Asphalt Plant to produce Asphalt.
