The Woodlands are probably the first biome a Viceroy will look to when starting their first settlement.

** All [[blueprints]] that focus on fuel production are significantly less valuable in this biome: {{bl|Kiln}}, {{bl|Press}}, {{bl|Druid's Hut}}.
** As there is little need for fuel beyond {{rl|Wood}}, any {{rl|Sea Marrow}} you find can be used for [[Sacrificing]] or opening [[Abandoned Caches]].
** All [[Cornerstones]] that boost {{rl|Wood}} production are weaker compared to other [[biomes]].
** {{bl|Lumber Mill}}'s unparalleled efficiency in {{rl|Planks}} production is less noticeable.
* Royal Woodlands trees yield a considerable amount of {{rl|Resin}}, which can be sold to a [[Trader]] or used for {{rl|Tea}} and {{rl|Crystalized Dew}} production.
