This colony must send its workers to take part in formicarium challenges of another colony. During the inbetween time, the male scientist sent some of the most gruesome creatures in the game to continuously attack the colony for both the research and his own amusement.

The counterpart colony managed to thrive likely due to the impressive selection of strong melee units that it had gained over the course of the project. It had grown into a massive colony with 259 ants by the time you actually met it properly in [[Possibly the Final Experiment|the third experiment]]. Ultimately, the colony was destroyed in the final showdown with the death of its queen.

Mechanics

Multiple music tracks are layered on top of each other. They are played at the same time and looped automatically to form each theme. Unsuitable tracks are all muted. The current track slowly fades out and gets muted when an event happens, which allows the corresponding track to kick in.

Some tracks will fade out briefly to allow narrations to start. Narrations can be delayed for a few seconds so that it starts at the next segment of the music track, which gives an impression that the narrations fit in the middle of the music.

Music tracks in the game usually have 2 versions: safe and action.
