Sothur The Ancient is a Trader and mysterious caravanner.

He is the second Trader you can unlock by leveling, at Level 6. Sothur The Ancient can't come to your settlement during the first 33% of the Reputation bar (before you hit 4.62 Reputation by default, 5.94 Reputation after Prestige 1).
