Xiadani Stormfeather

Xiadani Stormfeather is a harpy Trader and wandering merchant.

She is the fifth and last Trader you can unlock by leveling, at Level 15. Xiadani Stormfeather can only come to your settlement during the last 33% of the Reputation bar (after you hit 9.24 Reputation by default, 11.88 Reputation after Prestige 1).
