Climate Change represents changes to Earth's temperature and weather patterns. It can be worsened by things such as the Spoils and Economy priorities or using strategic nuclear barrages. It can be improved by using the Welfare priority. Certain regions are affected more or less by climate change.

Letting climate change become too bad will alter Earth's apearance and cause a global crop failure. This will reduce every nation's GDP by 50%, Cohesion by 6 and population by a variable amount.
