Damage Modifying Effect
This page shows mechanics of damage modifying effects.
Mechanics
Resistance buff can only be inflicted on the users while resistance debuff can only be inflicted on enemies.
Same-type resistance modifications are treated as the same effect. They can't stack. The exceptions are Weakening and Crippling, which can be stacked in value.
Different-type resistance modifications are treated as different effects. Each creature can be inflicted with both a physical resistance modification and a venom resistance modifying effect at once.
Resistance debuff is only applied after [resistance - piercing] has been calculated in the damage formula.
