Abilities

Omnivorous ants will automatically climb carnivorous plants as if they have found food and get eliminated instantly. You can disable food gathering to protect your ants.

Venus flytraps (Dionaea muscipula) and dwarf sundews (Drosera brevifolia) don't give food. Opened leaves can only eliminate one ant at a time.

  • None of the scientific names is mentioned in the game or any promotional materials.
  • Yellow pitcher plants are usually 50 to 100 centimeters tall in real life so they are scaled down to fit the screen. Climbing creatures also become smaller when they reach the top.
  • You can disable aphid relocating to protect your ants from carnivorous plants. It is unknown if this is an intended mechanic.
