General damage buff
General damage buff can only be inflicted on the user.
Affected creatures can inflict more damage with all abilities, regardless of damage type. The buff is applied before damage is put in damage calculation.

Resistance buff can only be inflicted on the user and allies.
Affected creature will take less damage from same-typed attacks.

Resistance debuff can only be inflicted on enemies. It is only applied after [resistance - piercing] has been calculated in the damage formula.
Affected creature will take more damage from same-typed attacks.
Effect of Weakening and Crippling can be stacked in value, which is an exception.
