Perks

Perks are obtained from Cornerstones, Grove Events and certain buildings and provide a continuous bonus bonus to the settlement. The same perk can be ombtained multiple times, increasing its effect.

The choice of a Cornerstone can be delayed. However certain Cornerstones will be marked as Ethereal, meaning they will disappear if the game is unpaused.
