The "cost against cap" to hold each control point is equal to the monthly investment points of the nation.

Not sure exactly how to word this for the page, but we did some rough math in #ti-players-helping-players and came up with the math for Direct Investment. Based on someone decompiling the binary, and like 15 minutes of testing, here's what we have:

• 300 base cost
• 150 for each owned CP by your faction
• 300 for each uncontrolled CP
• 450 for each CP controlled by a different faction

Multiplied by

• 1 + corruption (spoils requirement %)

Divided by

• 1 + direct investment reduction (mostly from techs)
• 1 + priority bonus (from hab modules, orgs, techs, etc)
