Movement
A unit's Movement stat determines how many hexes can a unit move. If a unit runs out of Movement is can still be moved but it will cost 100 Training and twice as many Orders.
Promotion
A Promotion will grant various bonuses to a unit. Promotions can be obtained either from acquiring 100 XP through battle or by spending 100 Training. A unit can be promoted to gain any of the following:
- Guard: +10% HP
- Tough: +10% Strength if Damaged
- Bloodthirsty: +10% Strength vs Damaged
- Horsebane: +25% Strength vs Mounted Units
