Każdy region ma poziom osadnictwa, określony przez liczbę i poziom działek mieszczańskich. Wszystkie regiony zaczynają się na poziomie osady 1: Obóz Osadników

  • Poziom 2 (Skromna Wioska) wymaga 5 Parceli Mieszkalnych poziomu 1.
  • Poziom 3 (Pokaźna Wioska) wymaga 5 Parceli Mieszkalnych poziomu 1 i 2 Parceli Mieszkalnych poziomu 2.
  • Poziom 4 (mieścina) wymaga 10 Parceli Mieszkalnych poziomu 1 i 5 Parceli Mieszkalnych poziomu 2.
  • Poziom 5 (Miasto) wymaga 10 Parceli Mieszkalnych poziomu 1,2 i 3
  • Poziom 6 (Okazałe Miasto)

Każdy region ma własne drzewko Rozwoju. Za każdym razem, gdy zwiększa się poziom osady, region zyskuje punkt rozwoju, który można wykorzystać do odblokowania nowych budynków lub ulepszeń lub zwiększenia wydajności istniejących. Istnieją 4 drzewa rozwoju, każde z 10 lub 11 gałęziami rozwoju.
