They can retreat into their shells to raise their defense and heal at low health. They can't move in the process.

Trivia
- Land hermit crabs don't live in Europe. This mistake was made when wood ant missions were changed to take place in Europe later in development. Original beach enemies like tiger beetles and wolf spiders are from the southeast of USA so these hermit crabs are most likely Coenobita clypeatus.
